So here’s a “funny” story. Right after I took the above picture Amy says “Andrea… I think there’s something in my dress” I assured her it was nothing, but decided to take a look anyway. I put my hand in the tulle of her slip and I put it on top of “something”. “Something” I was praying was a big leaf. And then it moved. I pulled away the layers of tulle to find a big, no not big, ENORMOUS grasshopper. I’d like to say I was incredibly calm and gently swiped it away. But really I screamed like a 6 year old and went running in the opposite direction. At that point Jeff suggested we head back to the chapel. Good suggestion. The moral of the story is that Amy is the best bride ever.
