What can I say about this wedding? Well for one, it was perfect. The weather was perfect. The venue was perfect. The couple was perfect. Its so rare to come across a bride as laid back as Stacy. Seriously, she wins the prize.  But I’m sure Stacy would tell you that there’s definite advantages of marrying an artsy photographer. Cody took care of a lot of the wedding details.
I find that I’m having a hard time finding things to say about this wedding… just know that these pictures make me so happy. I actually had dinner with Cody and Stacy tonight and I told Paddycakes on the way home how thankful I was that Cody married a girl that was so perfect for him and that we loved just as much as him. I’m so thankful to have both of them as my friends. Enjoy the pictures!!Cody’s brother, Justin Johnson, is an AMAZING designer. He designed all the wedding stationary.

Okay… we all know that my photographer April is like, amazing, right? Well I’m sooo proud of the job she did on this wedding. Her images are gorgeous!! This is one of them! I’ll point out all the rest that are hers as well.

Again, April’s. Okay so some people don’t feel like there’s a need for a 2nd shooter and I can totally respect that. But having a 2nd shooter that is awesome is so important! This shot above is my view. The image below is April’s perspective. Maybe the shot below isn’t a big deal to some, but I love this picture so much it makes me emotional! Seriously, I tear up every time I look at it. It just says affection and protection all wrapped into one. Sigh.

April’s!So Ann’s Bakery had a contest a few months ago giving away a wedding cake on Facebook. Cody and Stacy were the winners and they worked hard for it! The cake turned out beautifully!
