Liz & Nick: Married – Tulsa Wedding Photography
I will post every wedding I shoot this year. I’ve never done it before, but I really, really will. I have lots of lofty goals for my blog. I’d like to talk more about myself. I mean, it is my blog afterall. 😉 I would like to talk about how I’m obsessed with Pinterest. I’d also like to talk about how I want to write a book called “How to be a great Bridesmaid/Groomsmen: A photographer’s guide to you being awesome on your BFF’s wedding day” (too long a title, ya think??). And I’d like to talk about Norm, and Miss P, and Paddycakes of course. I also want to feature some incredible wedding vendors I associate with so you all have an opportunity to get to know them. But that will have to wait for another day, for today, I want to talk about Liz and Nick’s wedding.
Liz and Nick got married this summer. At the time we thought “Boy, it’s pretty warm today”. Little did we know what the rest of the Summer would bring. So in retrospect, Liz and Nick got married on a gorgeous Summer day!! They chose Vesica Piscis as their venue and it was beautiful that day!! The decor was beautiful! Liz and Nick, by definition, are cute. The way the interact is really adorable! He makes her laugh and they’re just perfect for one another.
This is Roxy. Roxy was the flowergirl/ringbearer/star of the show. I mean, look at that face. How could she not be the star?? She waited very patiently while Liz got ready, and then she stood perfectly alert during the ceremony. And check out her fabulous flower collar. Isn’t she such a rockstar??Love this moment!!!
I equally love this moment!! When a couple walks back up the aisle its always just a perfect moment!! They’re so happy!!This is April’s shot. And for that I’m incredibly jealous because its freakin’ hot!! Love it!!
Cute, right? I told ya so!Details!! Didn’t the reception room look great??Okay I don’t usually show these type of shots on the blog, but I think its time for brides in general to be outed. By tradition, the groom gets to feed the bride first. She gives him the looks and the warnings saying “Smash that cake in my face and it’ll be a long honeymoon for you, buddy!”. Of course the groom behaves himself. And then that sweet, innocent bride gets a piece of cake in her hand and its all over!! But who am I kidding though, grooms are boys. I’m sure they have it coming. 😉
