Emily & Daniel – St. Benedict’s Catholic Church
Well hey look at this I’m actually posting another wedding blog! I always have the greatest of intentions to blog all my weddings, but it’s sometimes hard to make that happen.
When Emily and Daniel first came to me they originally had another wedding date in mind. Unfortunately, I was already booked that day. They quickly decided that they would move their date. (and I’m still ridiculously flattered!!) These two are just so sweet. The way they love each other is sweet. Their wedding was sweet. Just sweet all around. They’re really a cute little couple – I kinda just want to squeeze them. We started the day at the Mayo Hotel where Emily was finishing up getting ready, and pretty soon we headed to Philbrook for their first look (wait till you see Daniel’s expression when he saw her. So cute!!) After doing most of their portrait session and family portraits we made our way to St. Benedict’s in Broken Arrow. While we love church weddings we always recommend utilizing another location for the portraits.
They had a beautiful full mass ceremony and a really fun reception! And since I’m hardly eloquent let’s move on to the picture portion of this blog. 😉
See? Wasn’t that a great reaction? So genuine and happy!
I’ve grown a bit attached to Emily’s family. We’ve had a lot of fun together over the last year. It’s pretty apparent from where Emily gets her sweetness.
Her bouquet was soooo fabulous!!!
A little tip for brides and grooms: Do your “grand exit” right after the ceremony. It makes for better photos and then you can party as long as you want to at your reception!
Emily and her dad did a killer choreographed dance! I’ve seen these type of dances before but they went so over the top and knew their moves perfectly! The guests loved it!!
