This post is sooo long overdue! Katie, her family and I went out over a month ago (ouch) to shoot her senior pictures. They also decided since it had been 17 years or so since their last family portrait that they would add a family session as well. Family pictures are so so so important ya’ll! So I’m glad that the Rushings had theirs done before Katie goes away to college. Katie is a total doll. She’s got this amazing personality and crazy taste in music. More on that later…

So… we carpooled over to Cain’s for a few shots. We park and Katie comes running up to my car squealing something about Hanson. I’m thinking, “surely she’s not talking about Hanson, The Hansons.” But oh yes she was. Apparently their recording studio is right next to Cain’s. She was pretty excited about that. And by excited I mean she’s a stalker. haha! This is all in good fun though and she’s fabulous so she knows I’m just teasing her. Of course we got some shots in front of the studio.

I have to say this now that I’ve teased Katie for all the world to see. So here goes. I’m a big Hanson fan. I wasn’t crazy about them in the MMMBop days, but I have every CD they’ve made since then. It’s true. The end.
